Private Access is separate from the paid Network. Paired CLIs exchange an encrypted catalog, and a selected Private Endpoint is mounted on loopback for local clients.

Native request and response content remains encrypted between paired CLIs across the relay.
Mount on loopback
A consumer selects a Private Endpoint from the encrypted catalog and exposes it only to a local client boundary.
Private Access
No paid fallback
Private Access uses no Credit and never silently reroutes a failed private request to Shared Inference. The provider CLI remains the sole owner of its local model connection.
